Lightspeed Payments allows you the flexibility to configure different workflows for each terminal that you have. You can still choose to set a site-wide configuration or you can enable and disable tipping and standalone mode flexibly on each terminal.

Changing Per Terminal Settings

1. Open the Merchant Portal.
2. Choose Terminals
   
3. You can configure site-wide settings (the default for new terminals) from the top right settings link.
4. From the list of terminals, choose the device you would like to configure. Terminals that are using custom settings show a grey notification next to them (as pictured above).
5. By default the "Custom settings" toggle is deactivated
   
6. Enable the toggle and configure your options
   
7. Update your terminal configuration to apply the changes.
