With Wrapped, you can sync gift cards between your Lightspeed O-Series POS, eCommerce and mobile ordering platform. Keep balances up-to-date across systems so you can have confidence wherever gift card credit is used.

Before you begin
You’ll need to create a Wrapped account here
Enable the integration
You can add unlimited Lightspeed accounts and sites
- From Back Office, go to Integrations
- Select Wrapped
- Hit Enable
- In Wrapped, go to Settings > Sales channels
- Under Sales channels, click Add more sales channels
- Next to Lightspeed Restaurant POS (O-Series), click Connect
- You'll be taken to sign in to Lightspeed Restaurant to confirm the connection by clicking Grant Access.
You'll now see in Wrapped, you have connected Lightspeed Restaurant.
- When you’re ready to start selling and accepting gift cards, toggle on the switch to enable the sales channel.
To use existing Lightspeed gift cards, they will need to be imported into Wrapped to be made omnichannel and available to be redeemed using the Wrapped Gift Cards option at POS. We encourage you to disable Lightspeed gift cards after importing any existing gift cards into Wrapped. Contact Lightspeed support to remove the old Gift Card button from POS so staff aren't confused.
Adding all your sales channels
You can add unlimited sales channels to Wrapped, allowing you to sync gift cards across all your sites, online and mobile ordering platforms. You can see how Wrapped works for your integrations here.

How to sell and accept gift cards via Lightspeed O-Series
Wrapped works using the same process as native Lightspeed gift cards. Watch how staff can sell physical and digital gift cards at POS and use gift cards as a payment type.

Selling gift cards online without eCommerce
If you don’t have an eCommerce site, but still want to sell digital gift cards online you can add the custom online store front to your website.
Set up: Storefront
- In Wrapped go to Settings > Storefront settings
- Connect your Stripe account so you can accept payment for new gift cards
- Customise your storefront, adding a branding, create gift card variants and more.
- Use the storefront url or embed code to add your storefront to your website.
Customise your digital gift card assets
Gift card emails
With Wrapped, you can automatically email your digital gift cards to recipients.
Default emails ready to customise with your branding, messaging and barcodes. To customise these emails:
- Go to Customize > Emails
- Click on Preview & edit
Apple & Google Wallet
Gift card recipients can keep their gift card easily accessible and top of mind in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. When they are ready to use in-store, they can present their wallet card to scan or enter the gift card code. To customize your Apple Wallet and Google Wallet cards:

Gifting page
When customers buy a digital gift card online, or their email is added to a gift card sale in-store, they receive an email with the gift card and a button to Gift to a friend.
On this page, the customer can choose from your design selection (if you have multiple designs available), add a message, and record a video message (if you have video messages enabled). They can also send the gift card to the friend's email now or schedule it for later.

Can we still use physical gift cards?
Yes, Wrapped has been designed to support physical gift cards, but can also operate digital-only. Read more here
Can we still use physical gift cards?
Yes, importing existing gift cards will sync these across your connected sales channels to be used in-store and online. Any gift cards imported during setup are free of fees. Read more on importing codes here.
What about security?
Gift cards are protected by best-practice security, including optional 2-factor authentication, permission-based roles and code encryption.
Is there an API? Can I integrate it with other apps?
