What it Does

Orders created in Big Commerce will be pushed in to your Kounta and will link up to products, customers and payments types for reporting.


Enabling the Big Commerce Add On

  1. Go to Sites

  2. Select the relevant Site

  3. Go to Add Ons

  4. Select Big Commerce

  5. Tap Enable

 Configuring the Big Commerce Add On

  1. Go to Sites

  2. Select the relevant Site

  3. Go to Add Ons

  4. Select Big Commerce

  5. Tap Configuration

  6. Enter the relevant credentials as found within your Big Commerce account


When these orders are pushed in the service checks to see the following

If the products in the Big Commerce order exist in Kounta?
The integration compares the Big Commerce Product 'SKU' with the your Kounta product's 'Product Code'
If they don't match then a new product is created in Kounta using the details in Big Commerce.

If the customer on the Big Commerce order exists in Kounta?
This is done by comparing the email address of the customer with those in Kounta. If the customer doesn't yet exist in Kounta then the service will create them.

There is currently no non-sale related sync of products or inventory

Once setup the integration will automatically pull down your sales at regular intervals.
