Manage Your Kounta Subscription

Kounta Back Office provides the ability to fully manage your Companies, Sites and associated subscriptions.

This access is reserved for Site & Company owner admin accounts only to ensure a high level of security.

All payment information is processed and stored online with a world class secure payment gateway, for this reason, Kounta will not accept payment details over the phone or via email.

Create a New site

Adding a new site can be done with the following steps:

  • Go to Kounta Back Office
  • Click your site's name on the blue bar at the top of the page (Purple if using MYOB Kounta)
  • From the flyout menu that appears on the left, select 'Manage all Sites'.
  • Select 'Create a Site'
  • A new site will be created on our LITE subscription

Upgrade or Downgrade site

If you wish to Upgrade or Downgrade your subscription, please do the following:

  • Go to Kounta Back Office
  • From the left select myKounta
  • Select 'Account'
  • Select your company (this will list any sites you own)
  • Select the COG icon next to the site you wish to Upgrade or Downgrade
  • From the right-hand side select Upgrade or Downgrade

**MYOB Kounta customers, please contact 1300 555 123 to manage your subscription. Your account is single billed directly by MYOB.

 

Delete a Register

To delete a register, first go to Kounta Back Office, then perform the following:

  • Select MySite (left)
  • Choose the appropriate site (If you have multiple)
  • Select Registers (top)
  • Select the register you wish to delete
  • Scroll down, and locate the Delete Register button
  • If Only 'Recycle Device' is shown, Select this first
  • Once Recycle is complete, Delete Register will now be available
  • Delete Register

Update Site Credit Card

If you wish to update the credit card used for your site subscription, please do the following:

  • Go to Kounta Back Office
  • From the left select myKounta
  • Select 'Account'
  • Select your company (this will list any sites you own)
  • Select the COG icon next to the site you wish to update
  • Select 'Update Billing Details'
  • Add your updated payment information**

**If your account has any outstanding invoices these will be automatically settled in the 24 hours following this update. Adding a valid credit card will also allow you to upgrade your plan if you have been recently downgraded for non-payment.

Delete Site

If you wish to cancel a site subscription, please do the following:

  • Go to Kounta Back Office
  • From the left select myKounta
  • Select 'Account'
  • Select your company (this will list any sites you own)
  • Select the COG icon next to the site you wish to cancel
  • From the right-hand side select cancel

Please note that cancellation deletes the site + all data immediately.

Ensure you have selected the correct site when taking this action. If the site you are wanting to delete is your only site please contact support@kounta.com to process this cancellation.

Delete Company

Please contact support@kounta.com to process the cancellation/removal of an unwanted company in Kounta.
