Have full control of each store's product list and pricing.
Each company you manage will share a master product list. Each store under this company can show or hide products from this master product list. This is perfect for store-specific specials or local menu variations.
Pricing can also be changed for each store without affecting your other sites or the master product list using the Price List add-on.
This guide will cover how to choose site-specific products and modify the pricing per site.
What’s in this guide?
Add or remove products from specific stores
1. First, ensure you are in the correct Site. On the bottom left of the screen in Lightspeed Back Office click the Login Panel and click the Company selection button.
On the next screen choose the site that you need to configure.
You can use the search bar if you need to look for specific products. Under the Enable for Site column, you can toggle this to:
On - product to be included for the site
Off - remove a product from this site
Changes will save automatically.
Set Site-specific pricing
Pro Tip - You will need to have the Price List add-on enabled for each site that will have site-specific pricing
Create Price List
From Lightspeed Back Office, click My Site and then select Price Lists
You will find that you already have an existing default price list called Default Company Prices - this is the pricing you gave all your products when they were added.
Select Create Price List
Provide a unique name for your price list
You now need to confirm what type pricelist you would like to use.
Normal price list gives you full flexibility to customize the price of each and every item (except Option Sets) by any amount. This is typically used to set different pricing for sites but can also be used for any reason you see fit.
You can also use the Filter by tool to show certain categories or groups to filter the list of available products more easily.
In this mode, you can simply enter in a "New Price" in the relevant field, but you can also tick multiple products which will activate the bulk selection options.
Reset pricing - removes the new price assigned to the product.
Change pricing - allows you to add or deduct a dollar amount or percentage from the default price.
Selecting Change prices lets you adjust ticked prices in bulk
Ensure you click 'Save Pricelist' once you are done.
Note - If you leave this field empty, the product will keep the Company Price.
Note - At this stage, the price list is not yet active for your site.
Activate Price List
The final step, is to just go to the main Price Lists page (My Site -> Price Lists) and change the 'Default price list' to your new price list.
Select it from the drop down, click "Save Default" and let it apply. As long as you get a green bar saying 'Default Price List updated' you are good to go!
Pro Tip - Price lists are accessible across sites within one company. You will, however, need to activate the Price List per site.
Note - Option Sets cannot have their pricing altered or changed when using 'Normal Pricelist' mode. We suggest creating different products (ie Hamburger Deal - Site1... Hamburger Deal - Site2) and enabling/disabling those products between the sites and having unique option sets attached.)

What's my next step?
Maximize the full power of Kounta menu tools!
- Make sure customers get exactly what they ordered. Record item changes, such as no salad or extra bacon, in just a few taps using Product Modifiers.
- Enable your staff to add or remove ingredients or create combo meals. Prompt your staff to upsell. Or maybe you just need to organise your product modifiers to make menu navigation easier. Kounta’s Option Sets makes this all possible. Option Sets allows you to customise your menu workflow for maximum efficiency.
- If you sell a product in different sizes, flavours or with any other variable attribute, check out Product Variants - this will allow you to sell as many product variations as you need - all in a neat and tidy menu.
