Review deleted orders

Discover how, when, and with which staff potential customers turn back from their orders. Insights gives you the no-nonsense data on deleted orders so you’re aware of any sudden spikes in deleted orders.

Note - only staff with the permission "Delete Held Orders" enabled will be able to delete open/sent orders.

Tracking deleted orders on Insights is easy, simple, and with three dashboards to choose from - depending on what scope you wish to review
