Now that your Kounta Ordering is helping you with your Pickup and Delivery by your staff, and you have let your customers know.
You’re now ready to take the next step with Kounta Delivery to expand your reach and capacity to serve with easy to manage fulfilment and delivery tracking.
What’s in this Guide
Before you begin
Please make sure you have completed the following first:
Created a Kounta Account
Setup your menu in Kounta
Signed up to Bopple
Configured your Online Products
Tested and happy with your menu layout
Managing Kounta Delivery Orders
How do you Accept or Reject Delivery Orders
You will hear a notification sound (so turn on your volume!!) and keep an eye on your Orders in the top right corner for a new order alert.
1. Open Orders
2. Select Online Orders and open an order with the status “Action”
Note: The Status will let you know the progress of all your delivery orders
Action: Needing to be Accepted or Rejected
Scheduled: Order has been Accepted, and a driver is being Scheduled
Awaiting Pickup: Order has been marked as ready for pickup
Delivering: Driver has the order, and is en route
3. Choose to Accept to send the order to production (the Kitchen, Bar or Barista)
4. If you Reject the order, you can choose a reason and add a more personal note for your customers
How to let the driver know the order is Ready for Pickup
1. Open Orders, then Online Orders
2. Open an Order marked “Scheduled” to select Ready
How to track in-progress delivery orders
1. Open Orders, and Select Online Orders
2. Open an Order marked “Delivering” to check see where the Order is.*Maps coming soon
How to see past delivery orders
1. Open History from POS
2. From here you can see all past orders, including the ones that have completed their delivery.
You can search by date, receipt number & products sold to make it easier to find the order you are looking for
How to you Refund an order
You can refund a Kounta Delivery the same way that you can all other Orders in Kounta.
1. Open the history as above
2. Select an Order, then Refund Sale
Note: At this point in time, only whole orders can be refunded.
4. Choose which payment type to refund to, select Bopple.

How to you Cancel an order
If you have already accepted an order by mistake, and you need to cancel an order make sure you.
Refund the order as above
Reach out to Kounta Support to cancel the driver

If you are new Delivery orders, make sure you are following these pointers for every order.
Make sure you print a subtotal when you accept the order
Double check your production printing settings (for new items like Beer & Wine)
Make sure your packaging is close enough to prep areas
Use Large coffee cups even for Regular coffee orders (so they don’t spill)
Prep & Collection
Place orders in an easy to access area (with lots of space for peak times)
Provide hand sanitiser for customers to use when collecting
Attach the receipt to the bag, along with your business card
