From time to time the support team may ask you to enable Multicast support for your POS device.

This guide will walk you through it.

iOS Devices

Simply go to the Settings Menu in your iPad or iPhone
Scroll down to 'Point of Sale'
Then turn on 'Switch to Multicast broadcast for Epson printers'

Android Devices

From inside the Lightspeed Point of Sale app:
- With three fingers, swipe down on the screen.
- A menu will pop up, just enable the 'Switch to Multicast broadcast' switch on the menu that pops up then click Close Settings.
