Setting up Lightspeed Marketing & Loyalty - Social

Customers using Lightspeed Marketing & Loyalty now have access to Social, a social media marketing feature (powered by Marsello). Take the guesswork out of social media marketing by using Social’s powerful scheduling and tracking tools to organize and plan the content that makes your business thrive. 

 

Before you begin

You’ll need: 

  • A Lightspeed Loyalty & Marketing paid plan
  • A Lightspeed Loyalty & Marketing - “Social” plan (Free or Pro) 
  • Social media accounts

Setting up Lightspeed Marketing & Loyalty - Social

You will need to enable Lightspeed Loyalty & Marketing from the Back Office, if you have not done so already. 

  1. Open Integration.
  2. Select Lightspeed Marketing & Loyalty. Setting_up_Social.png
  3. Click Enable. From there, you’ll be taken to Marsello’s sign-up portal.
  4. Create a new account by entering your email address and password, or sign in if you’re an existing customer.
  5. Refer to the Lightspeed Loyalty & Marketing - Social (powered by Marsello) knowledge base for more information and further instruction for connecting your social media accounts to Social.
  6. (Optional) Explore how-to guides and articles for even more tips and tricks for posting and planning.
