Lightspeed Payments is currently available in Australia for O-Series. 

As of release 10.8.0 on April 22 2024, only the Site Owner can apply for Lightspeed Payments within Back Office via the Merchant Portal. Additionally, the Site Owner is no longer required to be an Admin to apply for Lightspeed Payments.
